Remember to book a move-in day with our Building Services Team. As soon as you arrive on site, check in at the site office and you will be provided with:
- Your keys.
- An account card for our digital laundry facilities.
- A Welcome Package with our Building Rules and Regulations
- A Condition Inspection Report to be completed prior to your move-in.
Here at Westland Tower, we pride ourselves on being as paper lite as possible. Therefore, we have made it extremely easy to make all payments through our Pre-authorized Payment system.
You may submit your requests for service or have your questions answered via the online form above. Alternatively, drop off a written note at the Office located on the Main Floor of the building by the elevator lobby. We also accept emails to service@1101pacific.com and will respond accordingly.
You will be provided with a Welcome Package detailing what you need to know as a resident at Westland Tower. This package will be a great resource to assist you with caring for your home and will answer the most common questions you may have while renting with us. Our Building Services team is also always ready to assist you with any questions as needed.
